July 2015 to present: Independent Consultant to the telecommunications industry specializing in lease negotiation, zoning and permitting for new Raw Land Sites in North and South Carolina

 

March 2015-to June 2015: Zoning Manager for Branch Communications. Contractor through Smartlink. This was a temporary 3 month position to get all remaining sites leased and filed for Zoning for T-Mobile in North Carolina and South Carolina.

 

August 2014 to March 2015: Independent Consultant to the telecommunications industry specializing in lease negotiation, zoning and permitting in North and South Carolina.

 

September 2013 to July 2014: Project Manager/Real Estate Specialist for Verizon Wireless in Charlotte, NC. Managed Nine 3^rd Party Vendors in the New Build program from RF Design to NTP for over 275+ Sites. Managed all Zoning filings.

 

November 2012 to August 2013: Real Estate Contractor to Verizon Wireless in Charlotte, NC. Manage all SBA collocations on Towers and Rooftop locations in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Pursue amendments on Municipal Water Tanks throughout the Market. Prepare amendments on Crown Castle towers throughout the Market.

 

September 2012 to November 2012: Independent Consultant to the telecommunications industry specializing in lease negoiation, zoning and permitting in North and South Carolina.             

 

June 2012 to September 2012: Site Acquisition Manager for Westower Communications. Manage third party Vendors for AT&T LTE upgrade for 96 sites in South Carolina. Duties included keeping Site Tracker, Scheduled and lead Weekly Deployment calls with Vendors and Management.

 

January 2011 to June 2012- Independent Consultant to the telecommunications industry specializing in Lease Negotiation , Zoning, Permitting and Site Acquisition services for the US Cellular LTE Upgrade in North Carolina, South Carolina, Iowa, Oklahoma, Tennessee, West Virginia , Missouri and Wisconsin. September 2010 to December 2010- BCI Communications: independent contractor performing various site acquisition tasks. Duties included locating alternate raw land sites for Sprint relocation in North and South Carolina.

 

June 2010 to September 2010: NSORO/AT&T: Site Acquisition Manager for 228 sites in North and South Carolina. Manage all third party Site Acquisition Vendors and self performing vendors. Duties included keeping Site Tracker, Scheduled and lead Weekly Deployment calls with Vendors and Management.

 

March 2010 to June 2010: BCI Communications. Clearwire Project: Site Acquisition Manager for 64 sites in DC/VA/MD markets. Managed all Site Acquisition Vendors and self performing employees. Duties included keeping Site Tracker, Scheduled and lead Weekly Deployment calls with Vendors and Management.

 

April 2009 to Oct 31, 2009: Sectorsite- independent consultant to Clearwire Communications. Located thirty-four (34) new raw land and rooftop sites (Phase 2) in Westchester County, NY.  Negotiated and Prepared lease agreements. Prepared Zoning and Permitting Analysis of local Jurisdictions.

 

November 2008 to November 2009- Armor Tower, Inc.- Director of New Business Development for Site Acquisition services.

 

February 2008 to Oct 31, 2008: Tekmark Global Solutions. Contractor for Verizon Wireless.

Site Acquisition Manager- managed 3^rd party Vendors for the Charleston, WV build-out. Pittsburgh, PA. Lease Review of raw land, COW and rooftop sites including Subordination and NDA agreements.
